Your local MA dealerships that sell new Nissan cars have a variety of lease and finance specials that can get you on the road quickly. However, before you visit the dealership to finish the paperwork for your new Nissan car purchase, make sure you have all the information you need so additional trips to the dealership can be avoided. Some of the paperwork you may need before getting your new Nissan car or a certified used Nissan is as follows:
- Driver’s License. This is necessary to prove that you are licensed and can legally operate a vehicle purchased in MA.
- Proof of Insurance. Before driving off the lot in a Nissan car or truck, you must have the insurance transferred to your new Nissan or certified used Nissan.
- Proof of Income. Depending on the terms of your loan approval, you may need to provide proof of income, such as a pay stub or employment letter from a prospective employer.
- Current Registration. This lets MA dealerships transfer your registration to your new vehicle. It is also helpful because if there are loyalty rebates on new Nissan cars, the registration also serves as your proof of eligibility for the discounts. Without the registration, you could have to pay the dealership the total amount of the loyalty rebate.
